1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to final tour confirmation and a minimum group size requirement.
- Full or deposit payment is required to secure booking.
- Prices may change prior to confirmation due to supplier or currency changes.
2. Servicing MJ Partner Agent
All after-sales services will be handled by the appointed MJ Partner Agent. Travelers are required to contact their selected servicing agent for any further inquiries or assistance.
3. Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations must be made in writing.
- More than 35 days before departure: Loss of deposit only
- 15–34 days before departure: 75% of total price forfeited
- Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total price forfeited
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 14–30 working days.
4. Amendments
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. No-Show
No-show will be treated as 100% cancellation (no refund).
6. Travel Responsibility
- Customers must ensure valid passport, visa, and required documents.
- MJ is not liable for denied boarding due to incomplete documents.
7. Force Majeure
- MJ is not responsible for events beyond control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions).
- Refunds/credits depend on supplier policies.
8. Liability
MJ acts as an agent for third-party providers and is not liable for their actions.
9. Changes by MJ
MJ may adjust itinerary or services when necessary with similar alternatives.
10. Payment Default
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.
11. Governing Law
Governed by Malaysian law.
